Therapy to meet your individual goal
"A failure is not a mistake, it may simply be the best one can do under the circumstances. The real mistake is to stop trying.”
— B.F. Skinner, American Psychologist
FAQs
Do you have any specialties?
I am currently working with adults and couples. I have experience working with men’s issues, mood disorders, parenting concerns, and building your self-esteem and self-compassion. I have a passion for career counseling, providing guidance to determine the next step in your career, whether it’s moving up the ladder or transitioning to a new field. As someone who struggles with chronic pain, I understand the exhaustion and stress that it puts on our body and mind.
What is your hourly rate? Do you take insurance?
My current rate is $125/session for individuals and $150/session for couples. I accept Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare and Optum insurance through Alma. For my WA clients, I also accept Premera BCBS and Regence through Headway. Please reach out for a consultation to discuss next steps if you’d like to use insurance.
Do you provide in-person or virtual options?
I currently only offer virtual sessions for clients who reside anywhere in Texas and Washington. It’s also convenient for many of my clients who require flexibility with work or travel schedules.
Do you offer free consultation?
Yes! I strongly encourage a quick 10-15 minute consultation call with future clients so we can determine if we are a great fit to start therapy together. We will briefly discuss a client’s mental health history and goals for therapy; this also gives potential clients a chance to ask questions about my practice.
